So a month ago, Britni decided she wanted to sell her starter home and find something we could grow into. Casey Chumley was recommended to us through Britni’s loan guy (Justin Kautz). Mr. & Mrs. Chumley showed up at our house late Sunday evening about a month ago, with only having an hour to prepare, and convinced us he was the man for the job. Selling your house and using the profits from that sale to buy another house is a tricky thing to do. There are a lot of little steps that can trip you up. It is physically and emotionally draining. Ultimately, we were outbid at the last minute by another buyer by $10,000. It really zapped all our energy and drive. That could have been the end of our story. But Casey came by during that dark hour with Jamba Juice and some encouraging words. The next day he took us out house shopping, and we found this beautiful house that we now call our home. This beautiful home we were able to get at a price that fit our budget. The Rancho's house would have maxed out our budget. So, in the end, I think the Good Lord looked out for us that day. He sent us this fantastic house and a Guardian Angel to help guide us through the crazy process of buying a home in this modern market. If I was his doctor, I might be concerned that he works so much and never seems to sleep. But as a client, you will be amazed at his work ethic and calm, guiding, always present availability. I can not recommend him enough to anyone who needs a real estate agent. You won’t regret it; I know we didn't.
