I had given up on real estate agents and the house hunting experience. That is until I met Casey Chumley! If not for that chance meeting at an open house, I know I would not be living in my dream house. After having bad experiences with pushy and rude realtors, Casey was a breath of fresh air who managed to restore my confidence in the home buying experience! Casey is so knowledgeable, bright, strategic, patient, responsive and funny! Can’t forget to mention humble! The guy is a genius at what he does yet he won’t brag or act conceited. After getting to know me, he would point out things at showings that made me realize he was listening to our conversations and studying my needs/wants in a house. If it had not been for Casey I know I would not be in my dream house. There were multiple offers including cash offers on the house I really wanted. So a month ago, Britni decided she wanted to sell her starter home and find something we could grow into. Casey Chumley was recommended to us through Britni’s loan guy (Justin Kautz). Ultimately, we were outbid at the last minute by another buyer by $10,000. It really zapped all our energy and drive. That could have been the end of our story. But Casey came by during that dark hour with Jamba Juice and some encouraging words. The next day he took us out house shopping, and we found this beautiful house that we now call our home. This beautiful home we were able to get at a price that fit our budget. The Rancho's house would have maxed out our budget. So, in the end, I think the Good Lord looked out for us that day. He sent us this fantastic house and a Guardian Angel to help guide us through the crazy process of buying a home in this modern market. If I was his doctor, I might be concerned that he works so much and never seems to sleep. But as a client, you will be amazed at his work ethic and calm, guiding, always present availability. I can not recommend him enough to anyone who needs a real estate agent. You won’t regret it; I know we didn't.

Casey helped us to buy our home in Clovis, CA. We were lucky just to meet him in an open house one year before we finally purchased.
